Our Process

Step 1: Schedule Appointment

You can schedule your appointment online, or give us a call. We are open Monday through Friday from 8am to 4:30pm. If you need more time, we also have our key drop off box that is located right outside our facility. Depending on the severity of repairs, we may need to keep your vehicle with us. 

Step 2: Prepare Your Vehicle

Before dropping off your vehicle for your appointment, please remove all unnecessary items from your vehicle. This helps eliminate time spent moving and storing your items to gain access we will need to make repairs. Bring all the keys you may need for a locked area such as your trunk, wheel well, spare tire, etc. We may need these to complete repairs. If new paint is needed, please avoid the use of all Armor All or similar products; they slow down paint during the curing process.

Step 3: Estimate

We will take photos to document your vehicles condition, and perform a previous damage walk around, notating old damage that is not accident-related. We offer free estimates before doing any work, and we will not do any additional work without first making you aware of the charges and work that may be needed. 

Step 4: Insurance Claims

Once you submit the claim to your insurance, we will take care of the rest. We will manage any insurance company issues if there are repairs needed that may have been missed. This applies to photos or off-site estimates performed beforehand.

Step 5: Updates

For updates on your vehicle, we will make sure to update you regularly by phone, email, or text. If there are any unforeseen delays that may arise, we will let you know along with the steps we are taking to minimize them. We will also update your insurance company and rental company. 

Step 6: Return

We will return your vehicle repaired, washed, vacuumed, and cleaned. We will also clean under the hood to make sure everything is connected and running smoothly.
